Had my traineeship in project management
Had a course at university around project management
Had many conferences with project management tracks
Trained twice on project management
In love with project management
And in the last 2 weeks feeling like giving up a project responsibility I got. Not because of the responsibility itself, but because of bad planning, team irresponsibility, short-sightedness. There is non inappropriate team, but inflexible players... really so?
Disappointment for big dreamers or for naive people...

Hey Sis,
You are one of the people I know that have the seemingly endless capacity to dream big and trust in people, a person so positive and energetic. It’s not so easy to find such people.
It takes a really strong character to fall down, get disappointed but rise up keeping the same sense of optimism and naivety. I’m sure you have it :) Keep up the good work and you’ll inspire the others to do the same!
